Suggested Use:
Bring water or milk to a simmer. Do not boil. For mild beverage use one tsp. or one tea bag per cup. For medicinal strength use one Tbs. or 2-3 tea bags per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes. If using loose tea, for best results sip through a bombilla. Alternatively, strain loose tea before drinking.
