Suggested Use:
1 to 2 times daily, briskly stir 1 level teaspoon of Tri-Cleanse into an 8 oz glass of non-acidic fruit juice (such as apple or papaya) or water. Drink immediately and follow with a glass of pure water. For optimal cleansing action, take on an empty stomach, or as recommended by your health care professional. To decrease the appetite, drink 30 minutes before meals

Take this product with a full 8 oz glass of liquid. If you do not drink enough liquid the product may swell in the troat, causing blockage or choking. Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects, including heart attack and stroke. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms.
