Senna (Cassia angustifolia) (leaf) 2 g*

Other Ingredients: Orange Peel (Citrus reticulata), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Althea (Althea officinalis), Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana), Papaya (Carica papaya), Honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica), German Chamomile (Chrysanthemum officinalis), and Natural Flavors.

Directions:
Pour two cups (12 ounce) of boiling water over one tea bag, steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep. Press the bag lightly and remove. Drink one cup (6 oz) hot or cold, after the evening meal. Save the second cup for the next day, after the evening meal. Three to four days later you may gradually increase tea flavor by steeping one tea bag with one cup (6 ounces) of boiling water. Enjoy one cup of tea after the evening meal. For optimum flavor, never over steep.

Notice:
This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not exceed 1 serving (1 tea bag) in any 24-hour period. Do not take this product for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not recommended for children under 12.
