Spongia Tosta (Roasted Sponge) is a homeopathic remedy for the relief of respiratory disorders, cough, and hoarseness with painful burning throat, and for advanced stages of croup.

Directions/Usage:
Adults dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day, children 2 tablets as above. In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until relieved, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.
