Clinical studies indicate that benefits may be evident in the first two weeks of supplementation and may continue for a prolonged period of time.* For optimal mood and emotional well-being, take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the afternoon. Taking SAMe at bedtime may interfere with a good night's rest. Clinical studies indicate that benefits may be evident within one week of supplementation. If benefits are not achieved in two weeks, you may require a higher level of supplementation.
