Pantothenic 500mg B-5 90 Caps from Nutricology/Allergy Research Group. Also known as vitamin B5, the name pantothenic comes from the Greek word “panthos” which means everywhere. Some refer to pantothenic acid as the “anti-stress” vitamin because the body uses it to produce cortisone and other adrenal hormones that are used up by the adrenal glands during periods of physical or emotional stress. Vitamin B5 functions as a coenzyme to enhance the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats, and is involved in the production of healthy skin, hair, nerves and red blood cells.*

Each capsule contains:
Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate) 500 mg
Calcium (as Calcium Pantothenate) 42 mg
Other ingredients:
Cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one to three times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
