Throughout its 3000 year old history, ginger has long been called a gift of the gods. Evoking a sense of clarity and purity, this invigorating root is used in Chinese medicine to enhance tea. Tea comes from a single plant, the Camellia Sinensis. If left to wither, the leaves turn black. If immediately steamed, they remain green. Our organic Shui Hsein Oolong, or Water Sprite, is only partially oxidized, retaining the properties of green tea while capturing the depth of black tea. The vivacity of organic ginger mingles delightfully with soulful Shui Hsein, releasing an entrancing orchid flavor that invites wakeful meditation.

Ingredients:
100% organic** Shui Hsein Oolong Tea (Partially Oxidized Camellia Sinensis) 100% organic** Chinese Ginger (Zingiber Officinate).

Instructions:
Bring cool and carefree water to a boil. Immediately pour over a bag of Water Sprite and, like full leaf tea, steep 2-4 minutes, to desired strength. Due to the delicacy of Oolong tea, careful attention is needed to capture the full taste. Enjoy!
