Naturalax 3 Directions/Usage:
Adults and children over 15 years of age: Take 2 capsules at bedtime with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. Children 8 to under 15 years of age: Take 1 capsule at bedtime with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. Not recommended for children under 8 years of age. Indications: For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.

Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep this and all medicines out of children's reach.
