Mist-On Toner from Ecco Bella

Mist On Toner 4oz - For all skin types. Restores the vitality to the skin with liposome-encapsulated antioxidants, soothing cider vinegar and organic herbs. It maintains a healthy pH balance while delivering age-fighting antioxidants to the deeper layers of the skin, 50% organic, not including water. Tip: Why use a toner? Healthy skin has an acidic pH, which helps to prevent infection. After cleansing, the skin briefly becomes alkaline, but using a toner quickly balances the pH back to it beneficial acidic state. Alcohol based toners are too harsh for the skin. Apple cider vinegar is an effective soother and pH balancer.

Ingredients:
Mineral water, organic aloe vera, glycerine, organic apple cider vinegar, saccharide isomerate (water binding sugar), Advanced antioxidant complex liposome encapsulated: vitamin E with alpha, beta, delta, gamma, tocopherols and tocotrienols, vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), alpha lipoic acid, and carotenoid complex with astaxanthin, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, and zeaxanthin; organic extracts of licorice, marshmallow, and red clover; essential oils of lavender, rosemary and geranium; dehydroacetic acid, benzyl alcohol, (mild preservatives).

Suggested Use:
Apply to face and neck after using cleanser. Leave on or wipe off as needed.
