Active: Chininum Sulphuricum 4X (Quinine Sulfate), Colocynthis 4X (Bitter Apple), Gnaphalium polycephalum 4X (Everlasting), Calcarea Carbonica 6X, 12X, 30X (Calcium Carbonate), Lycopodium clavatum 6X (Club Moss), Magnesia Phosphorica 6X (Magnesium Phosphate), Rhus toxixodendron 6X, 12X, 30X (Poison Ivy), Cuprum Metallicum 12X (Copper)
Inactive: cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, dextrose, lactose, magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use:
Adults and children over the age of 12, chew 1 tablet and allow to dissolve in the mouth every 30 minutes until symptoms improve, then reduce to every 4 hours. Children 6-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage. Not recommended for children under 6.

Warnings:
If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult your health care professional. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness.
