Active: Chamomilla 3X, 9X, 12X, 30X (Chamomile), Humulus lupulus 3X (Hops), Passiflora incarnata 3X (Passion Flower), Avena sativa 4X (Oat), Coffee cruda 6X (Coffee), Kali Phosphoricum 6X (Potassium Phosphate).
Inactive: Lactose

Suggested Use:
Adults, chew 2 tablets and allow to dissolve in the mouth 1 hour before bedtime and 2 tablets at bedtime. Children 2-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage.
