Ingredients:
Bacillus Laterosporus (BOD strain) 70 mcg - a minimum of 1 million microorganisms.
Other Ingredients: Rice flour, vegetable capsule and magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use:
Adults: 2 capsules per day, best taken first thing in the morning - before eating. After one or two months, reduce usage by half.
Children: One capsule as described above. For liquid/topical usage capsule may be opened and contents dissolved in water.
