Our Earl Grey is an organic black tea from Sri Lanka scented with oil from the peel of bergamot, which is a small citrus fruit. According to the legend, Charles Grey, Prime Minister of England at the turn of the nineteenth century, was given this recipe by the Chinese in an attempt to influence trade relations.

Ingredients:
organic black tea leaves, oil of Bergamot.

Suggested Use:
Gently uncoil tag. Bring water to a boil. Infuse bag in 8 ounces of water for 4-5 minutes.
