Ferrum Phosphoricum (Iron Phosphate) is suggested a first aid remedy as it helps the lungs distribute oxygen throughout the body; is useful for inflammations such as sore throat and stuffy nose; as well as nosebleeds or muscular strains.Ferrum Phosphate 30X to reduce fever; especially in the early stages.

Ingredients:
Ferrum Phosphoricum 30c

Suggested Use:
Sublingual medication. Place under tongue; let dissolve. Take when mouth is in natural condition; 1/2 hour before or after eating; brushing teeth; or drinking anything but water. Unless directed otherwise by doctor: Adults: 3X-12X & 6C-12C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets every hour. As symptoms improve; decreases to every 4 hours; then twice daily. When symptoms disappear; stop medication. 30X; 30C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets 3 times a day. As symptoms improve; decrease to once a day. When symptoms disappear stop medication. 200; 1M: 10 pellets once a week. LM: 10 pellets dissolved in water; twice a day. When symptoms disappear; stop medication. For advice on high potencies; consult a knowledgeable practitioner. Child 2 to 12 (check warnings on insert): Half adult dose. Child under 2: Only on advice & under supervision of a doctor.
