Directions:
Topical Use: When diluted in a carrier oil, Bitter Almond may help relieve muscular aches and pains, soften the skin and promote a clear complexion. Vaporized Bitter Almond may relieve bronchitis and coughs. Other Uses: Bitter Almond (that has been "rectified" to remove harmful prussic acid) is sometimes used for flavoring foods, especially candies such as marzipan. Bitter Almond has been used internally as a laxative, for heartburn, kidney disorders, and disorders of the bladder and biliary ducts.

Caution:
NOT FOR INTERNAL USE. Bitter Almond (unrectified) contains prussic acid, also known as hydrocyanic acid or cyanide, a well-known poison. It also contains benzaldehyde which is moderately toxic in high concentrations.
