Ingredients:
Licorice Root, Cinnamon Bark, Orange Peel, Ginger Root, Cardamom Seed, Natural Tangerine Flavor, Black Pepper, Clove Bud and Natural Cinnamon Flavor.

Does Not Contain:
Caffeine.

Suggested Use:
Hot Tea: Pour 1 boiling water over tea bag, steep 4-6 minutes. For stronger flavor, steep longer. Add your favorite sweetener and milk or milk substitute. Iced Tea: For 1 quart, pour 2 cups boiling water over 4 tea bags. Steep 4-6 minutes, remove bags and add sweetener to hot tea. Add 1 cup cold water, 1 cup ice cubes and chill.
