Mitochondria produce ATP (the body's chemical energy currency) by way of their electron transport chains. CoQ10 plays a crucial role at the core of the electron transport chain. CoQ10 is also a potent fat-soluble antioxidant.*

Each capsule contains:
Coenzyme Q10 50 mg
Vitamin C ( as Ascorbic acid) 50 mg
Other ingredients:
Cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules two or three times per day with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
