For Cleansing Fiber™ Formula: 200 Capsules Active ingredients per serving: 425 mg of Psyllium seed and husk (Plantago ovata) in a 104 mg proprietary blend of Licorice root, Apple Pectin, Bentonite Clay, Kaolin Clay, Slippery Elm bark, Pau D'Arco bark, Peppermint leaf and Chlorella.

Warnings:
When taken without adequate fluid, this product may swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
