Active: Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene) 2000IU/teaspoon, Vitamin C (as Calcium Ascorbate (Ester C) & Ascorbic Acid) 70mg/teaspoon, Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 400 IU/teaspoon, Vitamin E (as dl-alpha Tocopherol Acetate) 10 IU/teaspoon,Thiamine (as Thiamin Hydrochloride) 1mg/teaspoon, Riboflavin 1.2mg/teaspoon, Niacin (as Niacinamide) 12mg/teaspoon, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 0.8mg/teaspoon, Folate (as Folic Acid) 100mcg/teaspoon, Biotin 30mcg/teaspoon, Pantothenic acid (as Dexpanthenol) 3mg/teaspoon, Bioflavonoid complex (Hesperidin, Quercetin, Rutin).

Suggested Use:
Children 1-3 years of age, use 1 tsp (5ml) daily. Children 4-12 years of age, use 1-2 tsp (5-10ml) daily.
