Suggested Use:
It is best to start with one capsule on thefirst day, and build up to four capsules a day (stopping at 2 or 3 capsules for a few days, before reaching 4 capsules a day). Take with a full glass of water or juice, preferably in the morning. A similar regimen (detailed on the bottle) is suggested for use with the powder.
