Ingredients:
Freeze dried yams, parsley leaf, burdock root, chickweed, bladderwrack, buchu leave, natural apricot flavor.

Suggested Use:
Hot Tea: Pour boiling water into a cup containing one tea bag. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Iced: Pour 2 cups of boiling water into quart size container using 4 tea bags. Let steep 4 to 6minutes. Remove bags and 2 cups of cold water to container and chill.
