Nelsons Arnica cream is an Ideal first aid application, effective for all types of bruises resulting from injuries, knocks and falls. Especially prepared from the alpine plant Arnica montana.

Ingredients:
Extract of organically grown Arnica montana 1 x 9% in a base of almond oil, avocado oil and cocoa butter.

Suggested Use:
Check that the tube seal is not broken before use. Pierce tube seal with point in top of cap before first use. Apply gently to bruised areas.

Warnings:
For External Use Only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Avoid contact with eyes. If symptons worsen or persist, consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 77 degrees F.
