Ingredients/Supplement Fact:
Amount per serving: Aloe Vera (latex, leaf) 250 mg Beet Root 150 mg Fennel Seed 150 mg. Magnesium Stearate, Plant-derived cellulose.

Suggested Use/Direction:
Adults and children over 15 years of age: Take one capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8-ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid. Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Children under 15 years of age: Consult a doctor.
