Aloe Maxlax Directions/Usage:
Adults and children over 15 years of age. Take one capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8-ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid.
Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 15 years of age. Keep medicines out of children's reach. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact poison control center immediately.
