RETURN
POLICY:
If
you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, simply call to
get a RMA(return mechandise authorization) Number and send it back
to us and we or one of our partners will ship a replacement out to
you free of charge. We and our partners work very hard to make sure
this almost never happens. If you changed your mind and want to
exchange the product for another one, we can do this with no
problem. Because of our extremely low profit margins, we must charge
you shipping for the second shipment. Any fee or credit will be put
on your credit card. If you want to return a product that you were
unsatisfied with or changed your mind on we and our partners offer a
30-day exchange/refund policy to our customers. No credit
will be issued for any products returned without prior notificatin
and approval by us or our partner customer service. We can not
take an opened product back. If it is unopened, we or our
partner will give you a refund (minus shipping charges & 15%
Restocking Fee). You will be notified when it is received. For an
RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) on returns call
Customer Service at 1-888-225-7778. All Returns require an
authorization number. We and our partners don't accept any return
item without RMA number. Please note that an RMA# does not guarantee
final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All
exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory
condition. We and our partners reserve the right to refuse any such
returns. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of
packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA# issued by
Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any
merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship
your parcel back to the address specified us freight prepaid! Sorry,
we and our partners cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without
authorization. We and our partners reserve the right to cancel any
order. We and our partnerts are not responsible for typographical or
pictorial errors. Prices and availability are subject to change
prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email
or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the
order.
SHIPPING
METHOD AND CHARGE:
We
and our partners ship the product by United States Postal Service
(USPS), UPS 3Day select, 2nd Day or Next Day Shipping. The shipping
method is dependent on where you are located and what level of
service you select, and the weight of the product you
order.
For Ground
Shipping: Every Order that is Under $50, Shipping charge will be
flat-$6.99. Order that is over $50, Shipping Charge will be
$5.99. Order that is over $100, shipping will be FREE.
Please note: If you place your order on Friday and choose
Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following
Monday, (NOT Saturday). If you do need Saturday Delivery, please pay
$15 extra and call in for the order.
Just for
your assurance before you fill out the customer information and
payment information the shipping charge will appear on the page. You
will know the exactly amount of shipping cost to your purchase
before you actually need to submit your payment information. There
will be no "Hidden" charges.
International Orders
Confirmed by E-mail. International customers please check
with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from
your country. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR
PRODUCT IS REJECTED AND RETURNED BY CUSTOMS OR DELIVERY FAILURE
ATTEMPT.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We and our partners
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order.
We DO NOT accept international Visa, Master and Discover Cards. And
We Do Not Accept Checks. We verify all orders. Your credit card
address must match the shipping address on your order or it will not
be shipped until fixed.
SALES TAX:
We and our
partners ship from California. All orders delivered to a California
address will be charged with appropriate sales
tax.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD:
We and our
partners work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and
prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards. Our system
automatically verifies all addresses with VISA, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express. **Every order that is made over $400, our
company or partner will require a signed authorization form which
should be filled out by the card holder, and fax us back in order
for us to process the order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION/ORDER
STATUS:
If you provide your email address, your will
receive an email confirmation from us or our partner. Please print
out this confirmation and keep it for your own reference. If you
need to check the status of your order, please email and use your
order number for reference. If you are not sure if we received your
order, please mail us and IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT RE-SUBMIT
YOUR ORDER.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Cut off time
is 12:00PM PT. Every order made after 12pm will be processed on next
day. We and our partners don't ship on weekends or holidays. Please
allow 24 hours for processing your order. All shipping times and
dates are subject to changes without notice.
SHIPPING
AND BILLING ADDRESSES:
If your shipping address is
different from your credit card billing address, please make sure
your card issuer has listed this shipping address as an "authorized"
address. We and our partners verify all addresses with VISA,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
